This PR adds some documentation around installing a CRS. This is one of those things that is well documented elsewhere (for instance, https://proj.org/usage/network.html ) but I think still is "dark magic" to anyone who doesn't actually work with these tools at a deep level on a constant basis and so worth documenting here.
