Auto-generate vctrs #99

This PR fixes #95 by staring to auto-generate the vctrs compatibility files, setting a seed when generating rset_subclasses, and moving rset_subclasses to R/ from tests/ . I'm planning on punting on adding tests that use rset_subclasses, because right now I think that'd just be change for the sake of change, rather than an actual improvement.
