[ ] Motivating examples, i.e. interesting things you can do with elmer (besides chatbots) (but also including chatbots)
[ ] Explain what a system prompt is, and what they're good for
[ ] Explain the different model choices and how to choose between them (really just gpt-4o and gpt-4o-mini at the moment, probably?)
