Add AND and OR aliases for && and || #136

(I'm using the latest version of roxygen, which has made whitespace changes. I've left them as part of the pull request, though I'm of course happy to revert the changes.)

I don't understand the reason for the appveyor build failure. I did not modify the magrittr.Rproj file.

We're moving away from aliases, and they're likely to be moved to another package in the next release.
