Restore a URL #425

I see:

Found the following (possibly) invalid URLs:

    Message: Forbidden

despite the fact that the URL works fine for a user in the browser. urlchecker also does not catch this at the time of writing.

I need to release ASAP because CRAN wants HTML5 with a September 1 deadline, so I am "fixing" the URL with the traditional method of disabling the URL :zany_face:

Revisit this in the future and try to restore the hyperlink.

Restored in a430c3b81. Maybe things will be different at the next release. Or not.
