I've tried to only touch the parts that looked like they needed to be updated. This is just my best guess. Essentially I copied over the new pkgdown head.html then diff-ed and added back in the tidytemplate specific parts.
Notably, I have not updated any Bootstrap pieces. There is a twitter bootstrap line over in pkgdown, but switching that out for the current https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js broke the site. I don't know if it needs to be updated.
Do we need the favicon section?
This seems to fix all of yardstick's site problems.
