ggplot2 3.5.0 release blog #674

This PR is intended as a release blog for ggplot2 3.5.0.

In its current state, it is a draft that requires a second (or third) set of eyes and photos/thumbnails. Alongside this more general post, there will also be a separate post about the new guide system.

Quick update: there are now 4 posts (main, axes, legends, coord_radial). Extension bit will be moved to vignette.

The posts are now split over several PRs (this one, #683, #684, #685).

@teunbrand do you want me to review these too? If so, can you please give the order you're thinking of posting them?

I think a sensible order will be #674, #685. #683 and then #684. IIRC #683 is the part that you hadn't reviewed yet, aside from the addition of an occasional loose sentence or paragraph here and there. If your time is scant, I'd prioritise that one over the others.

As these are separate PRs, the links propably won't point to the correct page in the preview, but they did before ba31637.
