Updated Graphs of All Ads Summary Data & Filtering

This PR connects the summarized data loaded from Blob storage and filters/plots the data in the explore ads page.

Other improvements included here:

• added the makes-models data store to be accessible in the app
• added blank placeholder plots for a smoother loading experience
• formatted the drop downs to include the number of ads etc.
