Unable to download powermock tutorial using svn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install svn
2. Execute the command 
svn checkout 
https://powermock.googlecode.com/svn/tags/powermock-1.4.9/examples/tutorial
3. The following error occurs
svn: OPTIONS of 
'https://powermock.googlecode.com/svn/tags/powermock-1.4.9/examples/tutorial': 
could not connect to server (https://powermock.googlecode.com)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The powermock tutorial files should be downloaded to my machine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

svn version 1.6.17

Please provide any additional information below.

os - windows xp 32 bit

Try again and it should work. Sometimes the google servers seems to be working 
incorrectly.
