Add License headers to each file + Relicense #43

Re-licensing this under an MIT/BSD license of sorts would be nice. I first need to look at all code that is taken verboten from LockJaw. This is not a lot. The main code duplication (besides generic design) is located in fsControl as far as I'm aware. This requires a good scan over before being able to change this however.
