Widget prob #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable widgets on desktop
2. Drag clock widget to desktop
3. Cant remove widget and gets stuck on top of any open window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cant remove the widget

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest
OS X 10.8.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I now have a unusable area on my screen
