Draft until https://github.com/tier4/tamagawa_imu_driver has the ros2 branch created.
Add the tamagawa_imu_driver repository under the vendors folder - not sure if this is the best location for it.
@mitsudome-r While the port for the tamagawa_imu_driver hasn't been merged I think this addition to the .repos file can be added as the ros2 branch is not available
