@yukkysaito おつかれさまです。「traffic_light_fine_detector」の代わりに、「traffic_light_ssd_fine_detector」が開発されたそうですので、credits.mdでの説明はまだあっていますでしょうか？

To avoid clashing with other changes that I started making to the design docs (and to make it easier to update after review comments), I've created a separate branch for the changes to these three files.

As a result, I will close this PR and submit a new PR (with all of the suggested changes from Jilada-san and Ueno-san).
