Environment

Ubuntu 18.04 ADLINK RQX-58G (L4T R32.6.1) R32 (release), REVISION: 6.1, GCID: 27863751, BOARD: t186ref, EABI: aarch64

Description

I ran edge-auto-jetson.launch.xml in here and autoware_internal_msgs was missing. The reason is presumed to be autoware pository changes. Then, I added autoware_internal_msgs package to autoware.repos.
