Fix/camera info add frame

This PR addresses the following issues:

• The default launch file is modified to include frame_id in parameter list
• The frame_id is now also added to the header of the camera_info topic published by the node

Test method:

• Run as normal
• Check the headers of the resulting published topics for a valid frame_id
