The original Portland model makes a subtle change with regard to the income indicators: for the vulnerability dimension it uses "households below 80% AMFI (HUD)" but for the demographic change dimension it simply uses "median income".
This distinction is not currently reflected in any of the models but it is valuable because it relates to the policy relevance of the indicators (it probably wont change the typology outcomes).
Note: median income data will need to be added to the workflow in order to make this change.
