Export the site inventory data files

The following files should be created and then added to a .zip archive for sharing with the KIS team:

Data Dictionary

• data_dictionary.csv

Parcel Inventory: Suitable

• inventory_suitable_table.csv
• inventory_suitable_point.geojson
• inventory_suitable_poly.geojson

Parcel Inventory: Complete

• inventory_table.csv
• inventory_point.geojson
• inventory_poly.geojson

This step could probably be contained in a single function, as the list of files is unlikely to change over time.

Also: .csv might not be the optimal file format for importing data into Tableau (see my Stackoverflow post)
