Suitability: Tree Canopy #68

There should probably be a filter that excludes parcels that are full of trees.

These parcels tend to be parks and natural areas, both of which are currently filtered out by other fields but there are many tree-filled parcels where the these filter fields are blank.

For example, this large, funny-shaped parcel in the middle of Seattle: tree-parcel
