update README #6

Need to update README to

  1. be more concise
  2. reflect new features

Totally need to update the Readme with infos about the Query MetaData! Almost missed that one. Exactly what i need! Thanks a lot dude. My plan is to use a ESP32 as BT Receiver with an AMP and a small Display. But it's kinda hard to find that. So now i guet the Metadata stuff solved. Just wonder if i should use a Epaper display or a tft.

Hey, sorry this has taken so long for me to respond to. This update is top of my to-do list and is nearly done. Will commit soon!
