Add support for StartTLS #49

I just discovered your project and I like it very much, but my IMAP server supports only StartTLS. I didn't want to give up, so I added StartTLS support to it.

Since I was at it I added plaintext support too. At the last moment I had a bit of regret and I decided to keep it but also to bother the users a little bit with a warning message.

Thank you for positive feedback and this PR :+1: I'm glad that you didn't give up and became a contributor.

Actually, I thought that current implementation works well with StartTLS, but now I see that my current setup uses TLS.
