Added italian translation #79

This is the first version of the IT translation

Thanks Marco, looks great! I'm not sure when I'll get around to another release (though it's already needed for phpBB 3.3 support), but this will be included now.

☺️ This extension is very useful. I am going to install to my phpBB production environment so I could update the translation to better fit in the context. So do you confirm this extension should be compatible with phpBB 3.3? It is only needed to update the release?

Yes, I've been running this extension on my phpBB 3.3 forums for a long time now without issues, but specifically what's on the main branch here, not one of the current releases.
