No mouse pointer visible on shared screen #108

If I share my screen in a Lync meeting I can see my own mouse pointers but no one else can see it on the shared screen so it is not possible to use the mouse to point at something.

I confirm, pointer is not shown.

If it is possible to optionally highlight the mouse pointer during a presentation with a red ring around it or a trail when the mouse is moved then we have a cool feature the normal Lync users do not have... and it is visible during presentations so people will notice that we have a better client ;)
