So I installed on Ubuntu18.04 pidgin 2.13 and pidgin-sipe.
Although I can make calls without issues, when people try to call me, I only get a pop-up window saying there is a call and not an actual call sound. found that 2.12 should have supported this in the sound lists, but there is no incoming call to select there.
