unable to send or recieve files #203

OS - Ubuntu 18.04 LTS APP - Pidgin 2.12.0 with SIPE Version: 1.23.2 Description: It just hangs there, 0% transfer.

I am using pidgin-sipe | 1.24.0+sipe-0+201812302131~ubuntu18.04.1 from http://ppa.launchpad.net/sipe-collab/ppa/ubuntu bionic/main and have the same problem. I get a request to accept a file transfer, click to accept, and the dialog never moves. The sender finally gets an error of transfer rejected.

What data would be helpful to isolate this issue?
