Not possible to disconnect from conference call #26

Even after closing related windows conference is kept alive.

Having several open windows (chat + audio call + screen) for the same topic can be misleading, might be a good idea to join them the same way.

Even after leaving/closing audio+chat+sharing I received a sharing request from the just left conference.
