CFx files available:

[x] Freq: 50/60Hz
[x] One sample rate (no more no less)
[x] Sample rate: freq × N (:uint > 0)
[ ] Skews: 0
[ ] Trigger time: one sample point with (sample space / 2) accuracy
[ ] All signals have all samples
[ ] Samples № start from: 1
[ ] Timestamps start from: 0
[ ] Timestamp accuracy: 1μs
[ ] Continued signals (no 'no signal' inside defined samples)
[ ] Even signals (equal sample intervals)
[ ] uu according to IEEE Std 260.1-1993 or IEEE Std 280-1985 (R1996)
