After installation a restart is necessary #6

Hi, I just installed ToDone (ST3/Windows 8) and had to restart Sublime in order to see proper syntax highlighting. I could set the syntax via ctrl+shift+p but the font color was always blue. After having restarted Sublime, everything worked as expected. So, this is only a "one-time-experience". I don't know if this is normal behaviour. If so, you might want to think about adding a note to the example.todo to avoid confusion. Nevertheless, thanks for the great plugin!

Thanks. This should should be fixed in 1.0.5.
