Smooth scrolling in Inspecteur #7

scrolling through a verb in the inspector gets quite glitchy
the same does not apply to the listbox containing all the different verbs

Close with d5bde2fff3e88bdc2aa4332ad5c85a6e4b1dc0ad and following. Scolling still isn't ideal in macOS, so Inspecteur might get an overhaul in the future.
