Fulltext panel parameters #159

Is there a way to control the width of the fulltext panel? currently doing this in css as a quick and dirty workaround, but would prefer to be able to set a parameter which might even then adjust to the length of text lines :)

Currently, this can only achieved with additional CSS and there are no plans to make the fulltext width configurable. We are working on annotations though (#155), which might lead to a rewrite of the fulltext panel anyway.
