allow running Advanced Find when no document is open #112

Currently if I close all documents in gedit then Search->Advanced Find/Replace 
is disabled.  It would be nice if I could run Advanced Find in this situation.  
If I do, then the only allowable scope should be All Documents in Directory 
since the others (Current Document, All Opened Documents, Current Selected 
Text) wouldn't make sense.

If no document is opened, the plugin won't know what directory you want to 
search for.
