preferences should be configured in Preferences dialog #117

Today, Advanced Find has a menu item Search->Advanced Find/Replace Settings
which opens its preferences dialog. Instead, I think the user should configure
Advanced Find by pressing the Preferences button in the Plugins tab in gedit's
Preferences dialog. That would be consistent with how other plugins are
configured, and would save one item in the top-level menu.

It needs many works to do that, and I don't want to do it now.
