Need to pile on enough paste for the through-hole anchors of the USB C connector so it stays in place whether or not the through hole parts are done via solder wave and that is sufficient to solder them.
expanding around normally works, but since there are other pads nearby, @esden recommended extending the paste area by .5mm in outward.
