revise pcb to work with more vtgt switch footprints #64

As-is, tigard uses only pole 1 of a 2p4t switch (SSSS224100). This is one of the more expensive components (sometimes >$1 in quantity) Since only one pole is used, the 1p4t version of the switch (SSSS224100) could work - except it uses pole 2 and leaves pole 1 NC.

Fix is to connect all pole 1 and pole 2 pins so any 1p or 2p switch could work interchangeably, and gives more option for sourcing components.
