tig_ma_msgs can`t insert records #202

Database dose not insert records! I do not know why.

Each account has to enable MessageArchiving.

You can force saving messages by configuring default and required archiving level: https://docs.tigase.net/projects/tigase-tigase-message-archiving/en/latest/Configuration.html#setting-default-value-of-archiving-level-for-message-on-a-server
