On the main question page table (/en/questions/), redesign the main question section, using Bootstrap data-tables (http://www.datatables.net/manual/styling/bootstrap)

In addition to the 3 existing columns, a 4th column should be added. It'll display the link to each individual question detail page.

Have "See full question" link, when replied is "No"
