Remove attendance, voting, question forms from Sakrebulo and Adjara profiles #60

Since we cannot submit questions to them and don't have access to their voting records.

Sakrebulo and Adjara representatives names are also listed in the dropdown on home page.

what about draftlaws?

I am not sure I understand this one: draft laws are only linked to MPs by voting records and when they are initiators/authors, right? I can confirm that TCA and Adjara representatives will not be linked to any and that we have no draft laws for TCA and Adjara.

one more thing, if I may: TCA and Adjara representatives also should not be random representatives of the day.
