We need a favicon #87

Irakli should know what it is, can you have him make one?

there is something wrong with the favicon(s) you sent me. they are 580 kb in size, but they should by < 4 kb.

The file Irakli sent is some sort of Windows icon file format that contains many different copies of the icon at different sizes. We don't need this, we need just a 16x16 file. Also, the 16x16 version doesn't look very good, I think because there is so much small detail in the ship's wheel, that it would probably be better for Irakli to draw it manually, pixel by pixel, rather than resizing the big one.

done. keep in mind that browsers tend to cache favicons more aggressively than other images if you don't see the new one immediately.
