Load 2012 income declarations #98

I've already sent @sebastiantransparency the updated CSV files; if there are any problems with those, we can open an issue on the scraper repo and assign this one to me.

thought this was a quick one, but took 2h. thanks to an added, empty column in the CSV files, Python unicode (even worse on 2.6 on server) and adaptation to modeltranslations.

I thought I fixed the empty column issue; were you using the CSVs I sent you on August 7? There was definitely an empty column in the ones I sent on August 6, but I thought I fixed it on August 7. If you were using the August 7 CSVs, can you open an issue on the Declaration scraper repo?

the file attached to the email sent on 07/08 is called

declarations_1Aug2012.zip

maybe you attached the wrong file?

It turns out I attached the right file...but didn't include the correct CSVs in that file, I just re-zipped the old ones. Sorry about that. Just for completeness' sake, I'll send you a new set.

no worries, shit happens. :) we just have to keep in mind that the import script has to be updated next time it is run: it should be just a simple shift of row indexes - 1, then.
