I've just updated https://github.com/tiger-seo/PhpBuiltinServer/pull/13 from https://github.com/dol to be compatible with the current master.
It would be nice if you @tiger-seo could merge or at least give feedback to this pull request as I think this feature could be very useful for some people, like for us as we are setting the application environment as environment variable and so should do the test scenario which is executed with this extension for integration tests.
