Unbale to launch on OSX due to missing GUI Library #14

What is the problem? How to reproduce the problem?

The Error is shown as follows (personally I think the words are nonsense):
"OpenCC cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure OpenCC works with this version of Mac OS 
X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available 
updates for the application and Mac OS X."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Answer to the second question:
Simply relaunch the application and the problem reoccurs.
