RollingFileAppender not setting maxBackupIndex and maxFileSize properties #117

When configuring the logging properties, RollingFileAppender options haven't 
got the possibility of configuring maxBackupIndex and maxFileSize properties, 
so default are used. That's not a good option in production environments.

We now (in 1.0b6) are using a log4j.xml configuration which supports all 
configuration options again.
