feature wanted: sound pronunciation #16

Checked with api, it supports only M4A files, but the sound pronunciation in Cambridge and in Dictionary.com are made by MP3. May wait for LINE API support. Better ideas are welcome.

@birdca sounds cool. File conversion is not difficult but heavy for Heroku, which hosts the server now. Though I think the current traffic is fine if only a few conversions occur.

I don't have a plan to add this feature since there are pronouncing alphabets now. However, I would be glad if you like to try it. :)
