GetBSDProcessList vs get_proc_list #53

OS X unction GetBSDProcessList in arch/osx/process_info.c and BSD function 
get_proc_list in 
arch/bsd/process_info.c are different.

Both could and probably should be the same code.

Also, using consider using the same name for both, perhaps get_proc_list.

The subsystems and sysctl interfaces are not the same between FreeBSD and OS X, 
so we
can't reuse the same code (we could use conditional inclusion for the relevant
portions but I would prefer to keep them in separate files).

Renamed the functions so both FreeBSD and OS X use get_proc_list() as the name 
in r399
