Normalized theme stylesheet added to each webpage.

Task: Using bootstrap one-page-theme to apply to each function webpage as well as the navigation bar

Task tests: 1.) Check each page in nav bar. 2.) links should all work 3.) and nav bar shouldn't be affected and remain stable
