As a busy parent, I want to see all my bills in one place, so I know who and how much I need to pay immediately and easily.

Acceptance test: 1) Click upcoming bills (a tab within home page) 2) Choose from all different kinds of bills (electricity, gas, etc.) 3) Display all bills regarding the chosen topic

Tasks: 1) Create a section listing different types of bills 2) Each section (electricity, gas, credit card, etc.) links to simple list ( COMPANY ..... CHARGE)
