Update styles #4

This pull request is a second pass at the Jigsaw docs template.

⚠️ Changes

  1. tailwind.js was updated
  2. header.blade.php and footer.blade.php partials were moved into the master.blade.php and deleted.
  3. siteName was added to config.php to allow for dynamic html <title> tags.
