Field allows to search and select while tying or allow to insert #77

Is there any package, that allows to "search and select" or "insert" to field?

Consider a tag and when you are creating a post, you may choose an existing one or add a new one, just like stackoverflow, is there any existing package or anyone is working on something like this and can give some idea on it?

I used nova-text-auto-complete and model event listener to get the job done.
