set default background color for infobar #48

hi Anton! this patch sets the default (instead of black) background color for all infobar's parts. please see this issue for more info and let me know if you think this is good idea or not.

Actually, I remember that I had it initially, and then...for a some reason I've opted out to strict black. But. I did test now with various terminal profiles and I can't remember what was the reason. Probably it was and gone due to other changes
