Adds es-CL locale and updates view with new terms #321

es-CL locale added

Uses 'tú' Removes the 'success' on phrases

Updates sessions and registrations to comply to the new terms

Moves session/link into common

I welcome the addition of es-CL. Can you remove the other changes (to the files other than rails/locales/es-CL.yml) and put them in a separate PR with an explanation of why the change is being made?

I've added es-CL in #324 based on the changes here. It looks like maybe you created your translations based on a different version, so I've made some edits. If you want to make any changes, you may want to instead do so on https://app.localeapp.com/projects/377/. ¡Muchas gracias!
