Add CLI #19

Hi @tigt, thanks for this great tool!

I needed a CLI wrapper and noticed #16, so I thought I could just write it myself and share it. I kept it quite simple on purpose, but do let me know if you have any thoughts. Cheers!

Hey, nice, thank you! I see no reason not to merge this, but you may be waiting for its release a little bit as I remember how to publish to NPM.

Should be up as version 1.3.3. Let me know if I bungled it

Thanks for the fast response! Actually I'm the one who bungled it 😅 just discovered a bug when writing to file, I fixed it on #20. Sorry about that!
